Who gives out their recipes on their website? A restaurant that’s confident in their chef Dena Marino. Dena mixes it up with her Nonna’s Italian-American dishes like Abalone Risotto with Caper Brown Butter and Torroncino Semifreddo. Sit at the bar or outdoor patio for prime people watching in downtown Aspen. If laziness is the story, they’ll cater an intimate dinner or 200-person party. Food and wine is downtown Aspen price but it’s the only place that will “family-style” your dinner with picky kids. Great date spot, but also a place to head after work.
