Editorial Review

Seattle institution, serving inventive fare from chef extraordinnaire Tom Douglas. Food surprises without trying too hard. Think different textures, colors, and tastes -like potato leek ravioli with smoked sweet onions, frissee, sage butter and creme fraiche. Entree standards are similarly excellent and surprising, like rare rib eye steak with crispy grits, creamed spinach and toasted garlic. Reservations can be made online.
