Gorgeous beachfront restaurant is definitely one of the most upscale spots to dine in Barbados. Kitchen specializes in Italian-influenced seafood, but everything is fresh and well-executed. Try the charcuterie plate to start. Local specialty mahi-mahi entree is close to heaven - this is an island that knows how to do fish right. Wine list is impressive, but don't let it get in the way of your passion fruit martini. Keep an eye out for visiting celebrities, but go ahead and act like a movie star yourself, because dining in a restaurant like this makes you feel like one.
