And if you know David Burke's track record, then you know that this ain't your daddy's steakhouse unless he's an exceptionally cool dad. Attached to the James Hotel, the chic little dining room is usually bustling with traveling business people and sophisticated suburbanites chowing down on the dry-aged meats in which the restaurant specializes.
