Memorably issued humble proclamation of "best burger on earth." Seems smallish, but you'll have a hard time finishing it: juicy, savory, and perfect, with Ding Dong-style truffle and foie gras filling. Less buttoned-up than big brother Daniel on the UES, but setting is still a bit stuffy and neat for a "bistro." Humanized by excellent service. Gorgeous photos by Christopher Beane on the walls add color and character.
