Owner and art school grad Lara Fieldbinder worked at the Guggenheim for years before opening a clothing boutique on Smith Street. Her chic store is white-walled and filled with fun vintage furniture and keepsakes. Clothes are trend-driven and imbued with personality. Think colorful patterned frocks, coats with over-sized buttons, wool capes. A lot of "where did you get that?" kinds of duds. Delicate, charm-based jewelry made by local artists complements the gear. New and veteran designers share the racks, like Cynthia Vincent, Fremont, and Sunner, in addition to the owner's own line, Fieldbinder.
