No jackets and ties here, but the occasional celebutante working through the crowd. Debonair Social Club boasts a bi-level haven for Chicago's almost elite to stare at one another. Huge video sensory displays align the walls behind a 30 ft. bar donning bartenders resembling decendents of Barbie. Bottle service upon reservation for those more satisfied glaring from half-moon booth than showing off fancy footwork on over-crowded dance floor.
