Editorial Review
There's the vintage store everyone's familiar with: range of quality and prices, slighty dusty smell. Then there's Decades. Two floors of pristine goods, previously owned by fabulously wealthy women. Almost a consignment store, as some dresses were worn once. Maybe two days ago. Not cheap. But we're talking Hermes, Courreges, Halston, Geoffrey Beene. One floor houses true vintage, the other more recent, all gorgeous.
