By name alone, one should be able to decipher that this is a place for sophisticated women (read: a cougar den). While the Cowboys Stadium location may have more in the way of visits from men - by default, this place is a good choice for ladies that want to entertain their girlfriends sans creepers. The all-out design includes a spiral glass staircase, chocolate brown zebra carpets and bubble-style lights projected on the walls. The bites range from tuna sashimi and foie gras to sauteed shrimp and blue cheese grits and prime filet tips. Specialty cocktails have names like D'Legend, Bella "D" and D'Lish. One thing that really stands out is the country's first flute machine, which dispenses champagne by the ounce at the perfect cool temperature.
