Editorial Review

Fin-de-siècle café with gorgeous ironwork tables and gilded mosaic walls and ceilings near the Grands Boulevards club quarter. Run by the founder of Oberkampf’s Charbon, it offers bobo prices, great cocktails (margaritas especially), decent grub, and DJs from Thursday through Sunday. Mark Hamnis, Madonna’s first producer, has been known to hit the basement decks.
