This chef is a Shandong native, and his traiteur menu is true to the eastern province’s ancient kitchens. Expect lots of onion and garlic to accompany squishy seafood (jellyfish, sea cucumber) and pork from ear to tail. There’re plenty of accessible dishes, too, but you came for the “delicacies,” right? Jinan soups gleam with pepper oil, and the steamed “mantou” buns are addictive. €25 à la carte and open every day.
