The preview claims to fame were all about the design - no promises of TMZ setting up shop outside. Thank goodness. This Hollywood spot might be worth the aggro and the no parking. Go in, look up: that's emerald-colored stained glass everywhere, making the Art Deco theme really happen. Local hot stuff chef made the menu (a bar doesn't open anymore without small plates). Dress up, apparently. Who knows how long that'll last.
