The Germans are coming! The Germans are coming! May seem that way with the recent biergarten wave, but this one is a welcome addition to a neighborhood short on lederhosen and Gösser. (And the proprietor is English, not German, although he spent enough years in Cologne to want to recreate a little piece of it here.) German-only tap and bottle list, plus kraut bites like brats and brezels. Trim space with checkerboard black and white floors, red accents. Communal tables for cold weather coziness, actual back garden coming soon.
