BlackBook Lowdown

This highly-regarded Taiwanese restaurant chain serves up Shanghai's famous xiaolongbao soup-and-meet dumplings, as well as noodle dishes and well-executed Chinese favorite dishes. The interior decor is rather plain and uninspiring, but the food more than makes up for that. Particularly popular on weekend lunch and brunch times.
