For a handful of days in mid-September, a handful of fearless foodies will be able to strap themselves onto a dining platform and be hoisted by crane into the sky. "Dinner in the sky" promises a panoramic feast prepared by a celebrity chef for an astonishing amount of money. For €924, you can choose from Pierre Gagnaire, Frederic Anton of the Pré Catelan, Guy Martin of the Grand Véfour, Yannick Alleno of le Meurice, and many others chefs. For €1400, you'll have President Sarkozy's private chefs at your disposal. It's filthy expensive, sure, but €100 from every cover is donated to sick orphans.
