Cheeky vegetarian restaurant concept (it's candy, from the dirt, they're vegetables, etc.) in East Village, where they're not exactly rare. Place looks like it could give, say, Angelika Kitchen a run for its money, grains, whatever: trumpet royale mushrooms and perserved lemon mayo get tossed in a Greek Salad, and something called "Kimchi Doughnuts" manages the apps side of the menu.
