They don't make sports bars like they used to. Certainly not this new high end sports-themed club hybrid thingy. Requisite "classy" exposed brick and hardwood floors, shiny brass bar and upwardly mobile menu (Guiness braised short ribs, beer-battered brie) give the collar popping bro-hammers and pomme-tini loving ladies a sense of refinement. 80 + beers is a nice touch. Cover bands and DJs on weekends, trivia nights, and radio station pop ins break up the regular schedule, which is all about the Bs and Cs playing just around the way.
