Some grease monkey's garage got bought. Doc converted it into a bar. Garage doors open up the inside to a patio overlooking South Congress. There, candy-colored metal lawn chairs gleam. Back inside, stools surround tall picnic-style tables. Outside, people stare at each other. Inside, people stare at flat screens playing sports. The divide between out and in isn't so pronounced, though. Both have large groups that get louder with each local craft beer downed.
