No moles here. Influenced by classic Texas-style Mexican cantinas the owners frequented growing up, they've kept to a menu of hand-shaken margaritas, sizzling fajitas and bottomless chips and salsa. Space is surprisingly elegant and cozy with gleaming hardwood floors and bejeweled lanterns. Don't miss the flaming panela cheese with tequila and lime, but take or leave the Big Mel -- a 3.5 pound chimichanga which, if eaten in 20 minutes or less, will get your name on the wall.
