The original Double Down Saloon opened in downtown Las Vegas back in 1992, becoming an institution over the years for strong cocktails with tempting names like Ass Juice. The New York location opened its doors in 2006 and largely succeeds in bringing the same vibe: a down and dirty rock 'n' roll dive whose only purpose is to get you wrecked. If you even hesitate at the door, you're in the wrong place. Double Down is for drinkers, partiers, and ne'er do wells. Now go get a bacon martini and rock out.
