Beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable suites is great and all, but you can't buy a view of the city and the Charles River like this anywhere else. Rooms are clean, service is above par, warm cookies on the pillow, top notch bathroom products are complimentary. Other amenities, including parking and wifi aren't gratis and add up. A bit outside of the city mix, and since the T isn't too close, you might want to keep that in mind. Shuttles run to downtown and Harvard Square.
