The Dragon Bar is a staple in Playa del Carmen nightlife, especially for the under 30s. While we don't vouch for the quality of the crowd, the quantity is abundant. Though there's a cover, you also get two free drink tickets. Be advised to pee before you arrive, as the restroom lines are longer than NYC's Bungalow 8. Sadly, the swings around the bar are gone and the fire dancing shows that were perfomed nightly have been discontinued following a fire in late 2005.
