Dylan goes electric. Juicy cuts in all sizes and descriptions, we're talking both steaks and crowd. Sleek, candlelit space attracts hot thirty-somethings: Definitely not your typical meat and potatoes. Five types of dry-aged Omaha steaks and unique "chef's compositions" (think beef stuffed with oysters and Guinness). Clever glass-walled wine cellar pleases the eye, not to mention the palate.
