The nightlife king is waking up a little earlier and serving dinner to Hollywood's haves. Cali-Asian menu that's giving the finger to the recession: sashimi? Oh, just a little, thanks. Or try seared ahi, lamb, Kobe, with all manner of oils, spices, roots, you name it. Still Hollywood: drinks all named "One Night Stand" and "Facial." Fireplaces and soaring ceilings complete the scene.
