For devotees of hot and spicy seafood and bbq, this culinary destination works like moths to a flame. Noteable chef Chris Schlesinger's extremely casual, high end dining concept still packs them in after twenty years. It's rare that you won't have to wait for a table here in the brightly lit, nautical themed dining room or tiki style lava lounge. And good luck finding a seat at the bar and raw bar, where repeat offender foodies and restaurant industry types belly up to get burned by the hot sauce. Theme nights like Hell Night really bring out the wackos. Whatever you do, don't try the scotch bonnet infused tequila.
