The 39-room Eccleston is one chic scene. Interiors are done up with gorgeous silk-adorned walls and herringbone-patterned wood floors, and there's even a fireside tea service. it's also a technological wonder, with 46-inch 3-D televisions, in-room iPads that control the curtains, and $20,000 Hästens electronic Swedish massage beds. Although the Eccleston also boasts an intimate French restaurant, proximity to the fashionable Belgravia district is a hard convenience to ignore.
