This isn't a frumpy hippie store. Eco Citizen is as much design conscious as it is environmentally. Forget the hemp jewelry and tie-dye skirts this store gives you modern clothing designed by this country’s best. Well bought lines include Organic, Loomstate, Edun, Linda Loudermilk and TOMS shoes. All made from organic and renewable materials for once “green culture” has not sacrificed forward design. Look out for unique recycled (in other words vintage) jewelry pieces mixed in. You don’t have to be an environmentalist to feel you’re doing your part, just pay attention and be a conscious shopper. It counts for something.
