Eden South Beach

Editorial Review

There are four owners at South Beach's newest seasonal American restaurant. Among them is Kelley Jones, who opened Pub in Vegas with Todd English, but the biggest name on the ticket is James Beard-award winner/Top Chef Masters guinea pig Christopher Lee, whose New American Classics are the main draw. Not without some kitsch and literal plays on the restaurant's name is the menu, broken down into Temptations: First Courses and Main Courses. A resplendent outdoor dining area shares space with the chef's garden where, like the restaurant itself, temptation is a very good thing.
