Old time industrial at its furthest extreme in former power plant turned pro-L.A. history bar hotspot. Laboratory Noir setting. Heavy metal, exposed brick, ancient equipment blinding us with science through stylized nooks, elegant leather lounges, and a wee, packed dance floor. Gussied-up bar eats include oysters, pressed pork, burgers, and fries. Plenty of reds, whites, drafts, a serious scotch selection, and cocktails Carver would drink, including fresh gimlets!
