Paired down lighting and interior leaves you feeling chilly but more space to observe beautiful diners and visually pleasing staff . Busy menu does not quite hide steep prices so stick to signature dishes: moreish piping hot chilli-salt squid served in newspaper cones and sweet Miso black cod. A must eat.
