Enjoy Lamb Three Ways (slow-roasted, confit, and sheep’s milk ricotta) before your three-way upstairs. “Tasting collection” brings seasonal specialties, leeks with black truffle tartine, pumpkin risotto with chicken wings. Main dining space is modern and posh, with red velvet, and white-tablecloth elegance. A little stiff, but then that's not exactly surprising given the nabe.
