Most Spanish restaurants in London are of the tapas-bar variety, but El Blason, while preserving that friendly, informal vibe, specialises in fine dining for its clientele of wealthy regulars and Iberian expats. The paella, a mix of chicken and seafood, is superb, as are the roast suckling pig, garlicky prawns, and monkfish and bacon kebabs. Olé!
