A kaleidoscope of margaritas. Mexican fast food with a sheen. The overheard philosophy of UT faculty. This eastside spot is but one of many locations around town. There's El Chilito, the restaurant’s taco-stand offshoot, just a couple blocks down the street. There's also a variation on Congress, and yet another on Barton Springs. Hurry to one and dip your chip into the record-setting roasted-jalapeno salsa. It's good enough to drink straight up.
