Go for staples: The margaritas are killer, fish tacos are great and the guacamole is noticeably better than most places. Typical decor inside, but when summertime hits, the patio is where it's at. It's in the back, so the street noise is muffled, it's huge and decorated with different colored light bulbs and, more important, a freestanding margarita machine. Margaritas + good food + big outdoor patio = many beautifully wasted summer hours.
