Does Nicaraguan vacation spot sound like an oxymoron to you, my Reagan youth? Frayed meat, fish, gooey cheese, and/or banana filled pockets of crisply baked dough bring homesick Nicaraguans into this deceivingly simple-looking place that has its walls covered in more stuff than your teenage room. Food so good we barely mind leaving with ABBA tunes stuck in our heads. Empanadas de Maduro and fresh fruit n' veggie elixirs have us feelin' irie.
