The national dish of Uruguay, the chivito is a bun packed with churrasco beef, olives, cheese, and often bacon and mayonaisse. Regal and casual all at once, El Rey Del Chivito honors Antonio Carbonara, the original King of the Chivitos, with a menu packed with all manner of chivitos, spicy steaks, and other grilled meats, in addition to pizza. Make sure you get the Canadian Chivito, with a slab of Canadian bacon thrown in, natch.
