Editorial Review

AKA The Hat (we speak the Spanish, comprende?) Prep for your bar crawl with a fatty, carby meal of rice, beans, and tacos at this slightly revamped Tex-Mex local. Been around forever, annually discovered by Ludlow's next generation of kids. Real draw was that paper Coke cup filled with icy grain-alcohol margaritas to go, but looks like the fuzz has squashed it.
