Elements Kitchen and Martini Bar

Editorial Review

One of Vegas' several excellent restaurants created by a husband and wife chef duo who have gone from on- to off-Strip. The bar features over 300 variations on the martini, from the AbFab (Bombay and Absolut) to the Yellow Submarine (vodka, Galliano, Triple Sec). An extensive beer and wine list as well as lo-cal & carb "skinny" cocktails appeal to less decadent tastes. The menu goes fusion, with American-Italian-Asian-South American dishes, such as portobello ravioli with curry sauce and shrimp with proscuitto and Thai basil. Plenty of regulars come for the friendly service and hopping happy hours.
