Food king Danny Meyer brought in young alchemist chef Daniel Humm and kick started this tired power luncher overnight. Danny's gone now, but accolades remain. Suckling pig pressed down to Snicker bar size, foie gras sprinkled with Bing cherries. Classy not ashy, bring your business card and Porsche briefcase. Fabo wine list and finer Madison Square Park views, enjoyed through ginormous windows. Airy space with white walls that soar up forever. $$$$. Squared.
