The first tapas spot to set up shop on bustling Clark St., Emilio's is suitable for dates, large parties and beyond. The paella, octopus and little potato omelets will not disappoint, neither will the portabella mushrooms and garlic-doused shrimp. End with profiteroles filled with ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce. Half-price bottles of wine on Mondays make it easy to start out the week with some serious boozing. The sangria is dangerously addictive.
