Endless Summer

Editorial Review

Tacos doled out by indie-rock hipsters from a truck parked at the heart of Bedford. Could spell trouble, but street cred's earned by tasty bites: expertly stuffed burritos with generous protein-to-filling ratios, meltingly tender carnitas tacos, and Mexican corn that pops with chili powder and cotija cheese. Weather be damned, lines growing during all seasons and times prove something's going very right. Not exactly destination dining, but sure is a convenient pit stop for the L.
