It’s not a wine bar, it’s a wine salon. Whatever. No longer the darling of Cole Valley when it opened in ‘95, Eos still does a brisk business serving Asian-Fusion on small plates at steep rates—shiitake mushroom dumplings, tea-smoked duck breast, et al. Hell, they invented it. Skip the boorish main dining room and dine at the adjacent wine bar amongst the convivial DINKs and MILFs.
