Crudo is spectacular, inspired by the fishing villages back in Lo Stivale. Pastas, grilled bass, chef-caught fluke with radish. Classy but not fussy. White tablecloths, lemon-yellow walls, fish on ice at the bar. Sick garden for lazy summer nights.
