A vegetarian’s worst nightmare: an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. Nothing says dinnertime like meat on a stick. Men wielding large knives roam churrascaria-style around the restaurant with skewers of sizzling beef, pork, chicken or lamb, then slice it up tableside. Don’t fill up on that trip to the salad bar. Atkins-friendly, but you know when to say when. Don’t you? Another round of caipirinhas and tudo gioia!
