Because there was about a 20-foot space between the sports book and the Lion King theater entrance where cocktails weren't available, Mandalay Bay opened Evening Call. There's a full bar, with a list of specialty drinks that mix your booze with caffeine (coffee drinks) or sugar (ice cream drinks). Basically: your average hotel bar, with a little caffine and/or cake-like spiking of your booze.
