Kimpton's lux follow-up to Ink48. Behemoth parked on a full block along the Chelsea/Penn Station fringe. Justifies its space-hogging with landscaped plaza rocking lush fountains and a jumbo multi-media screen. Upstairs are swank digs, many with terraces for peeping said plaza. Also, gym, spa, meeting rooms, and full-time residents in the top-floor apartments. For the chow, El Chod gets the nod, bringing Basque delicacies and a futuristic food court.
