Everest

Editorial Review

Perched on the top floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange, Everest's lit-from-within surroundings, loving waitstaff and stunning views of the city's west side are the perfect accompaniment to its French Alsacian-centered menu. Antique patterned carpet, wall sconces and white tablecloths all harken back to the dining establishments your parents used to take you to in the '70s. Except this one costs about eight times more than those ever did.
