Get educated while taking down vegan dishes. Eclectic bookstore added an all-natural bistro upstairs to satiate the intellectuals’ stomachs while expanding their minds. Nestled in on Main St. in an old Victorian house, the book selection is so good that the bistro can be overlooked. Anyone that has tasted dishes like the braised tofu and veggies or the artichoke parmesan strudel, know not to skip this section of the library. Keeping with the all-natural theme, Explore only uses locally grown, sustainable foods. Get smart and get fed the vegan way. Make sure to keep it down though as the scene is as lively as an antique bookstore can be.
