Fairmont Southampton

Editorial Review

This premier exclusive top-dog resort almost has it all: The 5-Diamond award winning Newport Room for international cuisine on bone china in elegant maritime decor that feels like Bill Gates' yacht. Bermuda's biggest rooms, appointed with marble bathrooms, private balconies with vistas, and walk-in closets. The Willow Creek Spa for restoration and aromatherapy with only the waves as a soundtrack. An award-winning 18-hole golf course. Er...the only thing missing is...well, the beach. The solution is a constant flow of shuttles that will drive you five mere minutes to your own private beach club. Not ideal, though everything else is. Not being sandside at all times might be worth the incredible degree of elegance and hospitality at The Fairmont.
