The duo behind Republic have rehauled the place almost completely, replacing the Pan-Asian bites and deco with burgers, pork belly and earthy, muted tones. There's a raw bar on the second floor (the lone reminder of Republic) for sushi longers who love a good view, but the real focus here is the kitchen and the sustainable, organic ingredients that support local farmers. Apple kraut, pesto-crusted black cod and the truffle fries are the favorites of those in the lounge. Opt for the cocktails over the wine menu.
